A senior MP has been kicked out of the Conservative party conference after an altercation.
Sir Geoffrey Clifton-Brown was asked to leave the event after he refused a ‘cheeky thigh grab’ from Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
A Conservative spokesman said, ‘The incident was totally unacceptable.’
‘Who the hell does Sir Geoffrey think he is?’ He asked. ‘It was made quite clear to every MP last month that the PM likes a cheeky thigh grab and if they weren’t happy with that they were welcome to leave the party. Of course the 21 most frigid losers walked away with their tails between their legs, where the PM’s hand should have been. But for Sir Geoffrey to deny Boris a little rub is simply beyond the pale.’
The incident happened just before Priti Patel was due to take the stage.
A senior aide to the Prime Minister said, ‘If you were about to sit through that shit, wouldn’t you want a cheap thrill?’
A staff member guarding the door of the International Lounge described it as a ‘a small misunderstanding’.
But Sir Geoffrey said, ‘I think you’ll find it was a huge misunderstanding. I mean, I may not have wanted it but I have to admit Boris has a very tender touch and it wasn’t just Priti Patel that was getting up at the time of the incident.’
